Is the $89 diagnostic fee refundable?
The $89 on-site diagnostic is waived in full when you approve the repair, so it effectively disappears from your bill once work proceeds. If you choose not to repair, the $89 covers the technician’s trip and expert diagnosis.

How much does a repair cost?
Every visit begins with an $89 on-site diagnostic. Your technician then provides a flat, upfront quote before any work starts — and the $89 is waived when you proceed with the repair. Because faults vary by appliance and brand, the final price is confirmed only after the inspection.
